Event Management Workshops
In early 2010 Blinc will be launching a series of event management workshops throughout the UK with the following objectives:
To assist personal assistants and administration teams to manage their time effectively when asked to organise a company or client event
To train attendees on the management of sub-contractors in relation to each event to ensure the event objective is achieved within budget
We will discuss venue choice and contract negotiation
We will also discuss the event objective and how to surpass the expectations of each attendee, whether they are colleagues or clients
